It's pharmaceutical company operating with exclusive focus in the field of diabetology and trading with a full commercial structure in Italy researches new products to purchase or in-license to widen its dedicated portfolio.

►Set up a marketing & communication strategy for Harmonium Pharma
►Promote the concept 'Diabetic Corner"​ and the different products within the Harmonium Pharma range.
►Develop innovative communication tools via different support & platforms (congress, digital networks, meetings with different actors related to diabete)
►Implement and reinforce the technical expertise of the laboratory Harmonium Pharma
►Train and support pharmaceutical delegates. Presentation of diabete's complication and product's benefits.
►Visit pharmacists and health specialists (diabetologist, podiatrist, doctors...)

Within the Industrial Affairs division of Sanofi, CEPiA (Commercial & External Partnership, Industrial Affairs) offers API contract manufacturing services and custom synthesis expertise from small molecules to biologics, from lab scale to commercial quantities. Additionally, CEPiA offers extensive drug product capabilities.

Mission VIE 18 months - CEPiA Sanofi US

External Communication:

►Trade Shows: Set up and organize trade shows for CEPiA US. Manage logistic aspects, advertising opportunities, promote CEPiA Sanofi image via different supports (event guide, email blast, flyers, meter board, full page ad…) Follow-up and billing process (NEXTS System)
►Benchmark Study: Understand CEPiA communication plan versus direct competitors from Big Pharma/Biotech/Generic industries.
►Interview & Publication: Technical topics from Sanofi experts publish through magazines/online publications.
►Webinar: Select experts inside Sanofi organization and define technical topics. Set up and promote these webinar presentations.
►Graphic & Design: Produce and design advertising for different support (banners, full page, eVites…)

Internal Communication:

►Internal promotion: Promote internally CEPiA name through different initiatives (Cafeteria Day, Newsletter, Internal Diary, online publication...)
►Reporting: Collect and share information between zones (Monthly & weekly activity reports)

Marketing:

►ACT Database: Maintain database and project accurate. Set up new filters and settings.
►Customer Study: Understand customer’s decision process (actors involved and length of decision process) to adapt CEPiA strengths in term of product and services to match with their final expectations
►Marketing reports: Follow and track progress and specifics drugs & API based on IMS data.
