Hakim began his career in the Fashion industry where he has spent more than 15 years of his work experience to finally move to Luxury Industry.

He used to work for international companies such as Esprit de Corp and Galeries Lafayette Group, ERAM Group, Boucheron (KERING Group) between Europe and Asia.

Result-oriented and always eager to empower people toward the same objective, he has a good track record when it comes to develop business opportunities, to run negotiation, to manage store operation and coach in-store team, develop brands’ turnover by implementing efficient action plans, manage projects and implement new processes so as to improve work flows.
